Job Description :

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

  • Bridge management and employee relations by covering demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Handling labor dispute between employee and company, as a liaison to thegovernment, and as a management representative
  • Establish systems, policy and procedures for labor relations all over the Company
  • Represents the Company in discussions and meetings with government agencies and Labor Union
